Trusted by Clinics Across Canada
My college auditor asked for chemical logs. I handed her 6 months of documentation. The audit was done in an hour.
Colour-coded tools. I never thought about it before. Now I would never use a cleaner without it.
They respect contact times. The previous cleaner sprayed and wiped immediately. Huge difference for actual disinfection.

Frequently Asked Questions
What facilities do you clean?+
Primary care clinics, walk-in clinics, family medicine offices, dental practices, orthodontic offices, specialist practices (dermatology, optometry, physiotherapy, chiropractic, podiatry), veterinary clinics, diagnostic imaging offices, medical spas. We do NOT do hospitals, surgery centres with OR-level sterile environments, or dialysis/oncology centres — those need specialty infection-control contractors.
What is "CDC and Health Canada aligned"?+
Our cleaning and disinfection protocols follow the CDC Guidelines for Environmental Infection Control in Health-Care Facilities and Public Health Agency of Canada routine practices. This means Health Canada DIN-registered hospital-grade disinfectants, proper contact times, colour-coded tool systems to prevent cross-contamination between zones, and documented chemical logs for audit. Your clinic is not a hospital — but the cleaning should respect the same underlying principles.
What does colour-coded infection control mean?+
Microfibre cloths, mops, and tools are assigned to zones by colour: red for washrooms and high-risk, yellow for clinical exam rooms, green for waiting rooms and office areas, blue for general/low-risk. A cloth used in a washroom never touches a countertop in an exam room. Standard practice in hospitals and increasingly expected by provincial colleges and professional regulators.
Can you clean dental offices?+
Yes. Dental-specific protocols including chair surfaces (patient-contact), counter surfaces, sterilization-area cleanup, x-ray room surfaces, waiting-area high-touch. We do NOT sterilize instruments (that is staff responsibility) or handle waste with bloodborne pathogens (that is Saniclair) — but the environmental cleaning around dental practice is our specialty.
Do you provide supplies?+
Yes. Hospital-grade disinfectants, microfibre systems, PPE. Alternatively, if your clinic has preferred products (specific disinfectant approved by your regulator or practice management group), we source and use those. Chemical logs documented either way.
Are you available for audits and inspections?+
Yes. Chemical logs, protocol documents, crew training records, and photo documentation delivered monthly and on-demand for health authority inspections, college audits, or accreditation reviews. Our service records should never be the reason your audit findings are flagged.
Can you handle multi-site medical groups?+
Yes. Medical groups with multiple clinics get dedicated account manager, consistent protocols across sites, and consolidated monthly reporting. Common for family medicine networks, dental chains, optometry franchises.
Standards We Operate Under
A Cleaning Service That Respects What a Clinic Actually Is.
Medinet was started because medical clinics were getting generic office cleaning and it was not matching what their professional regulators expected. Protocols got skipped. Cross-contamination risks ignored. Disinfectants wrong for clinical surfaces. Clinic staff picking up the slack after-hours.
Medinet cleans clinics the way clinics should be cleaned. CDC and Health Canada aligned. Colour-coded. Hospital-grade disinfectants. Documented.
